This page refers to the Custom Question option in the Edit Registration Form tool. See Custom Questions for additional information about creating and modifying Custom Questions for Registration, Abstract Submission, Reviewers, and Membership.
If you have created or will create Custom Questions for the Registration tool, you may include or exclude your Custom Questions in the Conference Registration Form. If you have created Custom Questions which are no longer applicable, you may opt to not show these, rather than manually delete each option from the Custom Question creator tools.
If you wish to include the responses to Custom Questions in the Registration Summary, you may select to do so or to not do so. If you select Yes, the custom questions and the registrants' answers will appear in the registration summary on the Confirmation page of the Edit Registration Form tool.
It is possible to set a custom title for this page which reflects the content of your Custom Questions, by entering this in the Screen Label box.
This section previews your Custom Questions, as created in the Custom Question creator tool in the same format as they will appear on the Conference Registration Form. It is not possible to change the content or formatting of the Custom Questions using this page, and responses entered to questions in this section will not be apparent to registrants in any place.
