Audio Visual Types
If you wish to collect Audio Visual Requirements from your Submitters, click the Yes button to populate the form. If you click the No button, this page will not appear in the form. You can either choose to enter the types of Audio Visual Requirement that you are making available to them by clicking the Add Another Type button OR you can collect their requirements.
If you wish to provide a text box for Submitters to give you their Audio Visual requirements, click Yes to the "Do you wish to provide a text box for authors to indicate their A/V needs" question.
Additional Information
Enter any additional instructions or information you wish Submitters to see. Example: All Conference rooms are equipped with LCD projectors and screens
*To save changes to the form you have made you must click the Finish button on the bottom of the form. It is advisable to click the Finish button periodically throughout the process, especially if you are not completing the form all at once, to keep your current changes saved.
