Custom Questions (Abstract Form)

This is page 4 of the Abstract Form Setup tool. The Custom Questions page appears immediately before the Keywords page in the Abstract Form Setup.

This page refers to the Custom Question option in the Abstract Form Setup tool.  See Custom Questions for additional information about creating and modifying Custom Questions for Registration, Abstract Submission, Reviewers, and Membership.

Abstract Wizard

If you have created or will create Custom Questions for the Abstract tool, you may include or exclude your Custom Questions in the Abstract Form Setup . If you have created Custom Questions which are no longer applicable, you may opt to not show these, rather than manually delete each option from the Custom Question creator tools.

It is possible to set a custom title for this page which reflects the content of your Custom Questions, by entering this in the Screen Title box on page 4 of the Abstract Form Setup tool.

Screen Preview

This section previews your Custom Questions, as created in the Custom Question creator tool in the same format as they will appear on the Abstract Form Setup.  It is not possible to change the content or formatting of the Custom Questions using this page, and responses entered to questions in this section will not be apparent to registrants in any place.

*To save changes to the form you have made you must click the Finish button on the bottom of the form. It is advisable to click the Finish button periodically throughout the process, especially if you are not completing the form all at once, to keep your current changes saved.
